International women's day 2023

For International Women's Day on March 8, we would like to thank all the women who help move our society and our economy forward. The history of Women's Day reminds us how hard women have fought for their rights and how important it is to fight for equality and justice.

Although women are becoming more present in the workforce, there are still barriers and inequalities that need to be addressed. On average, women still earn less than men and are less likely to hold leadership positions. It is time to address these inequalities and fight for a fairer future for all.

At AK Europe, we know how important it is to promote and support women in business. We are proud that our company is led by two power women and that we have an above-average quota of women. We know that promoting women in business not only serves justice, but also benefits the economy as a whole.

That's why we remain committed to promoting and supporting women in our company as well as in business in general. We also want to encourage other companies to work for equality and justice and to promote women in leadership positions and in all areas of business.
